About Me
Member of The Society of Will WritersWith over 25 years of experience in legal education and practice, I bring a depth of knowledge to every client meeting that few will writers can match. I specialise in wills, administration of estates, trusts, and equity — and I don’t just practise in these areas, I teach them.
When I was at law school, I read hundreds of legal cases involving contested wills, invalid wills, and situations where there was no will. It was emotional to read how loved ones had missed out on their inheritance because of intestacy rules or because ‘DIY’ wills were so easily contested after death. This has made me very passionate about encouraging every adult to write a professionally drafted will.
I currently teach at Brightlink Learning, where I prepare students for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) and CILEX professional courses. I also teach wills, estates, and legal systems courses on Data Law Online, where I’ve trained over 190 aspiring legal professionals. This means when I draft your will, I’m applying the same expertise I use to train the next generation of solicitors.
